What to expect on your first visit

Wear comfortable clothing as we will be going through some movements to get a better understanding of what is going on in your body and start your treatment plan. You may be given "homework" of exercises or stretches to do at home to compliment treatment in office to help you reach your goals.

INITIAL VISIT: New Patient

60-90 minutes: A comprehensive injury history and exam, followed by same day treatment.

FOLLOW UP: Existing Patient

45 minutes: Treatment may include any combination of the following but is not limited to: rehabilitation exercises and stretches, chiropractic adjustments/mobilization, soft tissue manual therapy, cupping, scrapping, taping, normatec compression therapy, and nutritional advice.

"TUNE UP": Existing Patient

30 minutes: Treatment may include any combination of the following: adjustment/mobilization, soft tissue manual therapy, cupping, taping, scrapping, and normatec compression therapy.
